This Tribeca family had combined apartments years ago for a multi-level living space and were now ready to upgrade bathrooms, completely revamp and expand their kitchen, and insert some aesthetic drama in all their living spaces. A surprise discovery after demo lead to a kitchen pivot - further expansion of size and an addition of a butler’s pantry were the solution.
